Instructions for use:
1. Key inserted into plastic cavity with eye in horizontal position.
2. Rotate to vertical position to lock in place and lift.
3. When lift tension is relaxed, pins can be rotated 90° for removal.

Notes:
1. Reinforcing complies with ASTM C-478 and MnDOT Plate 4005.
2. Plastic steps placed at 12" spacing. Steps comply with MnDOT Plate 4180, ASTM C-478 and OSHA.
